We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly give you a full refund or store credit for the amount of your purchase. Email us at info@muensterpet.com to request a refund.
    If it has been beyond 30 days and you have an issue, please contact us so we may assist.

    Please note:

    • Refunds are limited to a max of 3 of the same SKUs within one order. 
    • We will not honor these terms if the item was sent to another address after original delivery or if the buyer used third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection. 

    Shipping Policies

    We ship orders Monday through Friday, and orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days from when they were placed. We only ship to the contiguous United States of America. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
