How to redeem reward points on a Muenster Pet subscription
Have your Muenster Pet account sign-in details ready. Each step below includes written instructions and a screenshot.

Open your account
On the Muenster Pet website, select the account icon (the person symbol) at the top of the page.

Sign in
Sign in to your Muenster Pet account by following the prompts on the sign-in page.

Select Rewards
In your account menu, select Rewards.

Find Convert Your Points
Scroll to the Redeem Rewards section and find the Convert Your Points option.

Choose how many points to redeem
Under Points to Redeem, use the plus (+) and minus (−) controls to choose the number of points you want to convert.

Redeem your points
Review your selection, then select Redeem Now under Convert Your Points.

Copy your reward code
Scroll to Your Coupons near the top of the Rewards page. Find the code for your redeemed reward and select Copy.

Open Subscriptions
Select Subscriptions in your account menu to open your subscription details.

Apply the code
In your subscription order summary, paste your reward code into the discount code field and select Apply.

Confirm the discount
Check your order summary to confirm that the reward code and discount appear. Review the updated total for your subscription order.
